Jupiter founder: Meteora Co., Ltd. Ben resigned and has hired an independent third-party law firm to issue a LIBRA investigation report
According to online reports, Jupiter founder Meow posted on social media saying that I am also the co-founder of Meteora. First, I would like to reiterate my confidence that neither Jupiter nor Meteora has participated in any insider trading or financial wrongdoing, or has improperly received any tokens. Secondly, we hired an independent third party (Fenwick&West, one of the most renowned law firms in the world) to investigate and produce a report that they would publish independently. Third, I support Ben and his statement. I believe what he said was that there was no financial misconduct when dealing with partners. Meteora has been operating as a separate entity from Jupiter for more than a year, Ben has been operating it, and I haven't been involved too much. He has done an excellent job in building the most innovative DEX and the most active LP community in the world over the past year. Although I have 100% confidence in Ben's character, as project leader, he has also shown a lack of judgment and a lack of concern to some core aspects of the project (given the project's current size and reputation) over the past few months. Unfortunately, this is unacceptable. Ben understood this and chose to resign. Looking to the future, we will find new leaders for Meteora.
