Kraken has resumed offering token pledge services in 39 U.S. states

Online reported that on January 30, crypto trading platform Kraken said on Thursday that customers in 39 eligible states will be able to use KrakenPro to participate in pledges, in which tokens will be locked for a period of time, depending on the relevant blockchain. Currently, users can pledge 17 types of assets, including ETH, SOL, DOT and ADA. It was previously reported that in March 2023, Kraken agreed to terminate its pledge as a service platform for U.S. customers and pay $30 million to resolve the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) allegations that it provided unregistered securities.
