ASIC revoked the firm's licence after learning that Indie Advice had not provided financial services for some time。Under the Companies Act, ASIC may suspend or cancel its AFS licence if the licensee has ceased to provide financial services.。
Indie Advice holds an AFS licence with licence number 511786 since 23 October 2018。AFS licence no. 511786 authorising advice on financial products to retail and wholesale customers。
The licence is valid until 30 June 2024 and is used to maintain the operation of the internal and external dispute resolution scheme.。
