The NFA hearing panel made the ruling based on a complaint from the NFA Business Conduct Commission and a settlement proposal filed by Braemar Securities, in which Braemar Securities neither admitted nor denied the allegations in the complaint.。

The indictment alleges that Braemar Securities failed to meet its record-keeping obligations for communications, violated NFA Compliance Rule 2-10 (a), and disclosed non-publicly confidential information of its customers, violated NFA Compliance Rule 2-26; and further alleges that Braemar Securities failed to conduct oversight, violated NFA Compliance Rule 2-9 (a)。
