CySEC revokes Forex broker AAA Trade license
CySEC has decided to revoke the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorisation of Forex broker AAA Trade.
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has decided to revoke the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorization of the forex broker AAA Trade.
The decision was announced today but was made during a CySEC meeting held on March 4, 2024, based on Article 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and Directive DI87-05, Article 4(7).
The regulatory authority noted that its decision to revoke the license reflects the company's explicit decision to relinquish the license.
