CySEC revokes Leverate's CIF license
Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announces withdrawal of CIF license of Leverate Financial Services Limited。
On February 9, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced the withdrawal of Leverate Financial Services Ltd..Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) License。
The decision to revoke the licence was taken at a meeting of the CySEC held on 4 December 2023, which was in line with section 8 (1) (a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Act 2017 and section 4 (7) of Directive DI87-05.。The reason for the withdrawal was the company's decision to expressly waive its mandate as a CIF.。
Leverate holds a Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) license since December 2011。
