CySEC Revokes CIF License for Stockstech Investments
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has decided to revoke Stockstech Investments' CIF licence.
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has decided to revoke the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) licence of Stockstech Investments Ltd.
The decision, announced by the regulator today, was taken at a CySEC meeting held on 8 April 2024 . The decision was made pursuant to Article 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law, 2017 and Article 4(7) of Directive DI87-05.
CySEC notes the firm's decision to expressly waive authorisation.
