For live accounts, HotForex requires at least two documents to accept you as an individual customer:

• Identification - Color copy of existing passport (not expired) (PDF or JPG format)。If you do not have a valid passport, please upload a photo with a similar identity document such as a national ID or driver's license.。
• Proof of Address - Bank Statement or Utility Bill。However, please make sure that the documents provided are not older than 6 months and clearly show your name and actual address。

Important: The name on the identity document must match the name on the address document。

You can conveniently upload your files directly from the myHotForex area; you can also scan them and send them to the support team。

The verification department will check your files within 48 hours。

Please note that any deposit will only be credited to your account once your documents are approved and your myHotForex region is fully activated。
