FCA recovers £533,000 returned to investors

Investors will recover a total of £533,000 after the High Court made a distribution order to the FCA.

After the High Court issued a distribution order to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), investors will recover a total of £533,000.

The FCA recovered this money from Bright Management Solution Limited, Soccer League International Limited, and three individual defendants Mohammed Zakir Hussain, Mohammed Abdul Kahhar, and Kayes Miah, all of whom accepted FCA's claims against them.

Two other defendants, Mohammed Abdul Kabir and his company Soccer League UK Limited, initially contested FCA's claim. Kabir later reached a settlement, agreeing to contribute £100,000. He must pay this amount by October 7, 2026, and FCA expects to further distribute compensation to consumers who have already received payments from Bright company.

The FCA will directly contact known consumers, however, anyone who believes they have a claim but has not previously contacted the FCA can reach out via email regarding the proposed distribution order.
