FCA cancels authorization of KBFS Financial Corporation
The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has cancelled KBFS Financial Limited's licence。
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has revoked the license of KBFS Financial Limited (KBFS), prohibiting the company from providing any financial services.
KBFS failed to communicate with the FCA in an open and cooperative manner. KBFS also failed to pay compensation awarded by the Financial Ombudsman Service to former members of the British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS).
If KBFS or its director Kathryn Brown has advised you to transfer out of the British Steel Pension Scheme, or if you have previously complained to the Financial Ombudsman about KBFS and/or Kathryn Brown, please make a claim to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
Claims to the FSCS can be made without the need for claims management companies or solicitors. They are independent, and their service is free. If you claim directly through them, you will retain 100% of the compensation. If you are a client of KBFS, you can discuss your investments with your investment provider or platform.
