FSCS Cumulatively Recognized and Declared 12 Companies in Default August-September 2023
FSCS confirms 12 companies were declared in default in August and September 2023。
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has confirmed that the following 12 companies have been declared in default in the past two months, meaning they have collapsed and are unable to settle any claims on their own.。
Customers who are owed money by these companies can visit the FSCS website www.fscs.org.uk / what-we-cover, find out how they are protected。
FSCS can step in to pay compensation if a regulated financial company is no longer in business and cannot pay a customer's claim。
Sarah Marin, chief customer officer at FSCS, said: "Losing money is often an incredible strain and it's hard to determine what to do next.。If you are a customer of any of these companies and suffer financial losses as a result of the collapse of that company, you can get compensation from the FSCS。Our online claims service is free, and our professional claims staff will be ready to guide you throughout the process.。"
