Online reports, Cointelegraph reports that Pump.fun received a cease and desist order for allegedly using the logos and names of two law firms that are currently suing the platform. U.S. law firm Burwick Law said in a statement on Platform X that the company and Wolf Popper have issued a cease and desist order to Pump.fun requesting the "immediate removal" of Dog Shit Going NoWhere (DOGSHIT2) and other tokens that "impersonate our company" through unauthorized use of intellectual property, including its logo and name. According to Pump.fun, multiple users created tokens in various configurations using the names and logos of Burwick Law and Wolf Popper. There are also tokens that use the names and portraits of Burwick Law employees and one of its customers in the lawsuit against Pump.fun.
