New York State Attorney General sent a letter to top Congress urging the introduction of a digital asset regulatory framework

FOX reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on social media, saying,"New York Attorney General Letitia James sent a letter to congressional leaders, the Speaker of the House, and the House Minority Leader urging them to adopt a federal digital asset regulatory framework to mitigate the risks of fraud, criminal activity and financial instability. She said the widespread adoption of Bitcoin threatened the dominance of the U.S. dollar and called for localizing stablecoins (i.e., promoting their development within the U.S.) to protect U.S. dollar dominance. James also opposes allowing digital assets to be included in retirement accounts."
