Online reports that the Dubai International Financial Center is renovating a building to meet the needs of companies seeking short-term, plug-and-play offices that are piloting their operations before expanding, mainly for hedge fund startups hoping to expand into the city, according to people familiar with the matter. The DIFC Hedge Fund Center is scheduled to open at the end of April.
