South Korean police arrest 90 people on suspicion of using cryptocurrency to drug trafficking "
Internet reports that South Korean police recently arrested 90 Vietnam suspects suspected of using cryptocurrency to sell drugs in multiple bars and clubs across the country. Police said the suspects smuggled the drugs into the country disguised as coffee and vitamin packages and operated bars and clubs in multiple cities of Vietnam for distribution. Police initially estimated that the gang smuggled drugs worth 1.04 billion won (about 721,000 US dollars), of which about 710 million won (nearly 500,000 US dollars) have been successfully sold. Some of the suspects are illegal residents. Currently, 18 suspects have been detained and the case is still under further investigation.
