The reason for the license revocation is that Remi Investment Services Pty Ltd is no longer in the financial services business.。
Cancellation effective November 27, 2023。
Under section 915B of the Companies Act, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission may revoke an AFS licence held by a body corporate if it ceases to carry on financial services business。
RIS may apply to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of the decisions of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission。
Remi Investment Services holds AFS license number 234703 as of October 31, 2003。Prior to ceasing to engage in the financial services business, RIS authorized Remi Capital Pty Ltd (Remi) to provide financial services.。Remi was ordered wound up by the Queensland Supreme Court on 9 June 2022 and is currently under external administration.。
