Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) recalls its decision to partially suspend VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd.The decision of the Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) to authorize the partial suspension was made in August 2022。

Today, CySEC explains that VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd complies with the following:

  • Section 22 (1) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Act 2017 (the "Act"), in particular the obligation of the company to always comply with the authorization conditions required by the relevant organization under section 17 (2) of the Act。
  • Section 25 (1) of the Companies Act, in particular the obligation of companies to act in a fair, honest and professional manner when providing investment or ancillary services to customers。
  • Section 25 (3) (a) of the Companies Act, in particular the obligation of companies to ensure that all information they provide to customers or potential customers, including marketing communications, is fair, clear and not misleading。
  • Article 42 of Regulation (EU) No. 600 / 2014, in particular the obligation of companies to comply with paragraph 5 of the Directive on Restrictions on the Marketing, Distribution and Sale of Contracts for Difference (CFD) to Retail Customers (DI87-09) on the prohibition of participation in circumvention activities。
  • Article 26 (1) of the Act, in particular the obligation of companies to ensure that natural persons who provide investment advice or information to clients on their behalf have the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfil their obligations。
  • Article 26 (3) (a) of the Companies Act, in particular, when providing investment services, the company is obliged to obtain information from customers or potential customers about the customer's knowledge and experience in the investment field, which is related to the specific The type of product or service provided or required is relevant so that the company can evaluate whether the proposed investment service or product is suitable for the customer。
  • Section 30 (2) (b) of the Act, in particular the obligation of companies to monitor the activities of their tied agents to ensure their own continued compliance with the Act。
