After six months of in-depth use of ChatGPT, OpenAI's largest financial customer evaluation: Effective, but questionable scalability

Initial users reported that productivity across bank departments has indeed improved, with 80% of users saying ChatGPT Enterprise can help them save more than two hours of work time per week. However, ChatGPT Enterprise still has problems in expanding the application of tools. Elena Alfaro, global head of artificial intelligence applications at BBVA, pointed out that integrating ChatGPT into banks 'complex internal systems and databases may face difficulties.
