Slow fog: The root cause of the attack on Kilo Ex lies in the serious vulnerability in price oracle access control
Internet reports that 23pds, chief information security officer of Slowfog Technology, tweeted that "the root cause of KiloEx's attack lies in the serious loopholes in the price oracle access control. Simply put, the oracle should have updated price information by a trusted role, but due to the lack of necessary authority restrictions, attackers can bypass the verification mechanism and arbitrarily tamper with asset prices, thereby manipulating contract logic."
