According to online reports, BlackRock (BLK) disclosed in its latest 13G filing that its shareholding in Strategy (MSTR) has increased to 5%, or approximately 11.2 million shares, an increase of 0.91% from 4.09% on September 30, 2024. 13G documents are often used to disclose passive investments, where the investor has no intention of influencing or controlling the company. Meanwhile, Strategy's permanent preferred stock (STRK) has been listed on Nasdaq, rising 2% on its first day of trading, with volume exceeding 650,000 shares, and rising another 5% in pre-market trading.
